  Langton Studios reserves the right to amend the course content or tutors for reasons beyond its control. Payment of the course fee is due prior to the course commencement date. If a booking is cancelled by a student at least 15 days prior to the course date, the course fee will be refunded in full except for £10 which will be retained to recover administrative costs. For bookings cancelled by a student 14 dayor less prior to the date of the course , the booking fee is not refundable. A student may substitute another student at any time up to the commencement of the course for no charge. Stdents are expected to follow all reasonable instructions given by members of the Langton Studios staff to ensure and safeguard their own safety and those of other students whilst at Langton Studios or at another location on a Langton Studios Course. In the unlikely event of a child attending a course being disruptive, Langton Studios reserves the right to request immediate removal from the course.
